Payment

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MC, Amex &, Discover) as well as check or money order. Personal checks are accepted but must clear before any goods are shipped or services performed.

Placing an Order on Our Website

It is your responsibility to know the legality of any items you are ordering within your state of residence. Some items in this online store may be restricted to adults only, or may be restricted in the area where you live. You can only place an order if you agree to and accept the following:

Brekke custom LLC takes pride in providing the highest quality products and services possible.  We stand by our products and services, and if any issues arise, we will do our absolute best to care for our customers and reach a satisfactory solution (see “Shipping & Returns).  That being said, due to the complexities of complying with the Federal warranty law, Brekke Custom LLC does not offer any form of written or implied warranty.  All functional Brekke Custom LLC claims are opinion and for reference only, not a guarantee.

Limitation of Liability
You agree that you are voluntarily requesting that Brekke Custom LLC perform modifications and/or gunsmithing to your firearms and components. You acknowledge that these modifications might void the manufacturers warrants and affect certain certain safety systems of the firearm. Brekke Custom LLC will not assume any responsibility for personal injury, death, labor, medical expenses or other injury arising out of the use of any product we sell or service we perform. Brekke Custom LLC shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage or loss of goods or claims of customers of the purchaser which may arise and or result from the sale, installation, modification or use of these products.  The purchaser of any Brekke Custom LLC product releases the manufacturer of those products and/or services and Brekke Custom LLC from all liabilities as to the use of those products and/or services. The purchaser recognizes that any alteration or modification to any product may increase the risk of injury or accident. By purchasing or installing the product and/or service, the buyer agrees to all these terms.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Brekke Custom LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
