Shipping Firearms and Parts To Us

Handguns cannot be shipped via USPS without an FFL. Please use UPS or FedEx. Please package your parts well to prevent any damage or loss during shipping. If parts are received in questionable condition, we will contact you prior to performing any work. ALL Optics Mount orders Must Include an Optic for precise milling of your slide. After modification, your items will be returned to the address from which they were sent. This is a requirement for firearms to avoid shipping back through an FFL. However, if you are shipping non serialized parts, they can be returned to an alternate address, which must be specified in writing, via notes in the checkout box and/or a physical note sent with your parts. Shipping

Brekke Custom LLC only ships products within the United States. However, with upcoming changes in export law, that might change. We ship via UPS and USPS. If in stock, products will be shipped ASAP, within 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number via email. If a product is not in stock, please contact info@brekkecustom.com and we will be able to provide you with an estimated fulfillment time frame. All return shipments for firearms, slides, frames or grips will be insured.

Returns

Unused and uninstalled products in new condition can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. In an event where the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay the return shipping. If you need to return an item, please email info@brekkecustom.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will make every effort to ensure a positive experience and will respond quickly with instructions for how to return your items.

Please note that services such as optics installations and/or adapter plates which are custom milled/fit to your provided slides/optics are not returnable.
